The position is an ideal prospect in view of my extensive customer service and administrative work experience. l have worked in SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES as an Inbound technical support, Inbound customer service under Att Uverse and Norton Anti Virus for two years. Before that I also worked as an inbound/outbound sales associate for Health products in EKG outsource for 2 years. I have worked in Sycore Business Solutions as a Team Leader, Appointment Setter for Heart Check America. My recent job role was working remotely from home for 2 years and 4 months in Urban Traffic School as an Inbound/Outbound customer service, chat support, both email and admin support. With my bread background of experience, I am confident that I am a competent candidate for the position. Naturally with my extensive experience customers are  number one and will always be a priority. I maintain and protect the confidentiality of client and staff information. I am very positive and professional to work members and clients. I carried out exceptional skills with communication by phone, email, online and admin task. My multitasking skills is great as well as with my attitude and phone manner. I have a very friendly and comforting voice over the phone. I have a wide experience using Customer Relations Management ( CRM ). My willingness to learn is on top. Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office skills ( Outlook, Word and Excel ) Adobe software.Working with call centre industry for almost 8 years have made me well-developed to work in a dynamic and fast paced business.
