Profile Description

I have been providing world-class customer service since September 2013 and had worked as a phone, live chat, and email support. I have served a number of clients already - from telecommunication service providers to e-commerce websites. 
I also have a bit of experience with eBay and Amazon. I am well familiar with Zendesk, Slack, Salesmsg, ShipStation, Intercom, Groove, InfusionSoft, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central and Magento. 
My winning factor is that I am a very determined person. I always make sure to provide my 100% for each task I am assigned and I am confident that I can work very well with minimal supervision.
