I have work experiences handling calls to foreign clients and customers about product inquiries and services, appointment settings business to business, telemarketing, sales, customer service related jobs such as processing orders, bills payment, data encoding, and as a Virtual assistant. I also know how to work with Wordpress but not really an expert on it but I am very willing to be trained about it. I have some knowledge on MS Word, Excel and a little of Power Point. I have worked on different call center BPO companies specializing in Sales account and my expertise on Sales gave me an edge to do the tasks efficiently and competently. Since this is a home-based job, I am a very responsible person when it comes to handling my tasks and I can work with less supervision and this is to ensure you that your company is in good hand with me.
