Profile Description

Since I've worked for 5 years in the BPO industry, I've handled different accounts with different sets of tools. I've used Salesforce CRM for a US-based ISP as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative Level 2. For an antivirus and security software, I've been a Chat Support Representative. For a software-based online digital media store operated by Samsung's Rival, I've worked as an Email Support Representative who handled CRM and answeredinquiries regarding accounts and content downloading/issues. Also, I've been promoted as QA Analyst tasked to check random emails sent to customers. All of the tools though for this account are Mac-based. Lastly, for a healthcare account, I've been an RCMS Accounts Receivable Representative who handled claim status inquiries from health insurance companies.
My first home-based work is as Content Support Specialist and it involved mainly in data entry to keep the Client's database up-to-date. The focus is to do internet research using Google Search and Maps.
I know Photoshop pretty much, as well as MS Office apps such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. As for my typing speed, it's at 75 WPM.
I want a full-time, long-term and stable job where I can work with you remotely.
