I have been working as a Technical Support Representative for an Internet Service Provider for more that four years. It was were I learned the Basic Internet Troubleshooting, Wireless Setup and Best Customer Service. I was also a Technical and installation support for an accounting software for 3 years. I support initial Installation and making sure that our Software will not go in conflict with the latest updates from Microsoft. I also did Multi-User Environment, Wireless Setup and even on Parallel Setup. For my last 2 years in the BPO industry was as a Customer Service Representative after the previous account was closed. I handled credit card inquiries to customers. I also handled Chat and Email Support from time to time.
