I help source and develop relationships with business owners and real estate agents who are interested in partnering with our company to market their brand and I help them build unique systems to increase closing by 3-5 per month.
I've been in the contact center industry for 8 years as an administrative assistant and customer service representative. I handled accounts like Amazon, Wish, DoorDash, LeadFuze, Audate Media, Solar Link and Real Estate.
As an assistant and customer service representative, I was exposed to people and learned to handle clients and customers properly, I can perform multiple tasks like cold calling, appointment setting, social media marketing, calendar management, CRM management, video and photo editing, chats, emails, data encoding, answering customers' questions, inquiries and requests, inbound calls, outbound calls and stuff.
I worked with widely used business tools like Salesforce, Apex, Trello, Pipedrive, Monday CRM, GoHighLevel, Asana, HubSpot, Adobe video and photo editing tools, XenCall, Mojo, Vonage, Canva, Wordpress, Hootsuite, Five9, Dispatch, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Office tools, Google tools and others.
I've enrolled in courses specialized in real estate, insurance selling, appointment setting, scheduling, photo editing, web designing, email and social media marketing. Familiarized myself with the tools used to get these tasks done.
