I have been in the customer service /handling for quite a long time, a fruitful 10 years of my life working in prestigious companies like JP Morgan Chase N.A., British Telecom, Vonage Telco to name a few. I have worked with quite a lot of good people whom helped me a lot in honing my ability to become an excellent Customer Service Representative. I can confidently say it is now easy for to empathize and make the customer feel that I understand and will be able to help them without jeopardizing my work and breaking any company policy.
Also, building rapport which is a very challenging task is also something that I have learned and very proud to say that I can do now. I can work under minimal supervision and meet my deadlines on a time manner as well. Exceeding the metrics required is also a normal task to me. I always hunger for not just positive but excellent results .
I needed a long term work in order for me provide for my family.
