I have
previously worked as a Virtual Assistant and managed a Shopify store, I am
responsible for customer support handling emails.
I am
trained to converse with customers off-script to meet a customers’ needs providing them
helpful information, answering questions,
and responding to complaints.
I have
experienced answering 100 emails or more if needed in a day especially during
peak Upgrade to see actual info addition to my proficiency, I also process refunds and
cancellation, PayPal dispute, order fulfillment both manual and bulk orders. I
do product research, and Facebook modUpgrade to see actual infotion.
