SKILL SUMMARY

I was a Link Builder and Chat Support for Law Firms in the US. Much of my work is registering profiles on third-party sites and confirming via email. Often requires figuring out how to get DO Follow links. We also do search extensions/directories to gain more opportunities. Also, we do blog/forum commenting and searching for professional organizations for the business niche and see if we there's a way to get a link. I've also been a virtual assistant for a couple of months doing admin tasks for a Signage shop. Mostly,  creating SOPs and quotations. I also made communication with other VAs and some of our suppliers and just everything my client needs me to do.
Furthermore, I have worked before as an outbound agent for an Insurance Company in the US. We're calling patients and offering them diabetes testing meter, supplies, and durable medical equipment. I am also an experienced customer service representative. I worked for companies that provide services for international accounts. I've handled billing and technical support for Assurance Wireless, Virgin Mobile and Dish. Highlights of my customer service are answer billing queries, process orders, returns, exchange, refunds, payments and maintains account records. Being a customer service, our main role is to provide a brilliant solution and exceed customer satisfaction. Going the extra miles in assisting customers is a plus to keep them coming back. And I make sure that all of my callers’ concerns are resolved on their first call by doing things right. I was also a Live Chat Support for AT&T Uverse, Wireless and DirecTV. Just like a customer service representative, we respond to general inquiries about the company’s products and services, address inquiries related to billing, account maintenance, payment processing and clearly communicates to customers. The only difference is that we talk to them via chat and we're on a 2 concurrency which means we are chatting with a two customer simultaneously. Still, I can say that it is way easier than being on the phone.
