Profile Description

I have been a personal VA  with the following duties:
• Oversee all aspects of seller’s transactions from initial contact to the executed purchase agreement.
• Prepare listing materials: Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and pull online property profile from
multiple listing service (MLS) listings for information.
• Obtain all necessary signatures on the listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
• Input all necessary information into the client database and transaction management systems.
• Helped design social media posts.
• Bookkeeping tasks include categorizing and reconciling transactions.

         I am also a bookkeeper focused primarily on but not limited to Quickbooks,  Xero, and Wave. I can prepare your documents, statements, and reports needed for taxation. I can handle bookkeeping needs, payroll management, and other administrative functions.         I have worked with various companies from Australia, the US, Canada,                  and the UK preparing BAS, GST, VAT, and IRS. I managed to organize accounts using Quickbooks, Xero, and Wave. and Payroll.
