Profile Description

As an administrative assistant my tasks were to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. It also includes helping resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. I'm also exposed to the customer service industry which required me to answer telephone calls, respond to emails and assist guests with their needs.

Though I may not be an expert, I am highly trainable and a fast learner. I am in search for a long-term, stable job wherein I can fully utilize my skills and capabilities. Currently, I am a customer service representative for Creative Touch, an online shop based in the US.  I handle all customer queries, assists in resolving issues with Amazon, Walmart, Sears and other retail chains and process orders and returns.  I am dedicated with my work and am willing to learn and deliver excellent results to the best of my abilities.
