Profile Description

In my previous job, I was an assistant to the social media marketing team for 2 years. I was assigned to make social media captions and schedule posts on our social media platforms about store promotions, discounts, and the big sale of mall tenants to attract market viewers and boost sales of the whole mall using Meta. I also make marketing spiels for our customer service page in the mall and for radio announcements that are locally aired. I am also familiar with the Canva app, where I make designs for social media posting and marketing. My skills in design helped me prepare for big events, such as designing the area with its desired motif and theme. I also take pictures during big sales and events as part of the workload and for social media Upgrade to see actual info the same company, I was also an admin assistant for 1 1/2 years. I was assigned to check and reply to emails through Outlook. Attend the business meetings and jot down minutes, and sometimes represent the company on behalf if our mall manager's schedule is loaded. I was also in charge of the safekeeping of confidential company files, in soft or hard copy, and sometimes renewing business licenses for owners. I also looked up the schedule of our manager to avoid conflicts. I was also in charge of scheduling the manager's and owners' Upgrade to see actual infow I'm focusing on my own social media platforms. I have two business pages that I personally manage.
