Profile Description

I’ve been working for 17 years and have experience in online and offline stores. As Merchant Support Manager in LYKA, we do the onboarding training with the merchant (Ordering Process, Packaging Guidelines, and Seller Center Navigation). We also do some reports and day-to-day communications with the merchants. Support sellers with operational challenges such as the ordering process, deliveries, pickup orders, finance-related issues, and content concerns.
As Key Account Manager in Lazada Philippines, my primary responsibility is to drive sales revenue and hit the sales target by strategically doing dealer negotiations and day-to-day communications with the merchant/vendor.
I also have experience with the online brand launch of the Baby Love Diaper brand originally from Thailand, we do the negotiations with my client counterpart. To promote the brand on Lazada and Shopee, we also coordinate with external parties such as Marketplaces, Technology platforms, and Agencies.
