Profile Description

I had an almost 4years working experience in a BPO company here in Negros OrientalUpgrade to see actual info. And before I was able to land a job, I underwent TESDA TRAINING. A scholarship program by Philippine Call Center Institute (PCCI). Alongside, the training exclusively includes global competencies. I completed among those, specifically, Intensive English Communication Training , Customer Service, Sales and Telemarketing and American Culture & Geography Business Correspondence. That I completed the Finishing Course for Call Center Agents NCII way back September 21, 2012. Afterwhich, by the next month I was hired that was October 29 of same year then. I was able to exercise my job in the best that I could. Until my husband asked me to resign so that I can complete my course. I actually finished Associate in Information Technology and graduated Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Upon my 3yrs and few months servicing American clients I am fully aware on the nature of the job I was Upgrade to see actual infow, I would like to search and get a job that suits my credibility and skills. I am looking for an online home-based job. I just miss calling and receiving calls from clients with different concerns from their end. And hopefully I can get a positive response.
