My problem-solving and critical thinking skills are also crucial, involves helping customers troubleshoot issues and find solutions to their problems.
I am also excellence in empathy and the ability to put myself in the customer's shoes,
listen to their concerns, show understanding, and provide reassurance them.
I am keen to details and have a great time management and organizational skills. Being able to prioritize tasks and manage one's time effectively is essential for providing efficient and timely support.
