Mabuhay! I am an expert Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Specialist with 4 years of VA experience and over 12 years of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry. 

As a virtual assistant, I help my clients build and maintain their contacts database (CRM), lead generation (via Linkedin), basic social media management/support, basic SEO, appointment booking and calendar management/coordination, data entry and research, email management, and other day-to-day admin tasks.

I also served as an order processing specialist for a manufacturing company, where I was tasked to do customer service - phone & email management, order tracking support, online research & data entry.
