I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have working knowledge in Google Sheets and Google Docs. I can comprehend training videos in English. I can do email management and schedule posts to social media using hootsuite and  agorapulse platform. I have working knowledge on Amazon/E-com Solutions, Jungle Scout, RevSeller and Hubspot CRM. I'm good at computations and Math. I have great communication skills especially in written English. I know how to make presentations in Powerpoint and can do little image editing in Canva and Photoshop. I know how to use Quickbooks. I've worked 2 months on English tutorial class, as Virtual Assistant for 5 years on various tasks and 14 years of work in an office from clerical to supervisory jobs mostly in Accounting related work. As a Virtual Assistant, I've worked on the following:1. Marketing  Assistant  -  Add  posts  to  Facebook,  Twitter  and  Instagram  using  Hootsuite and Agorapulse,  including  hashtag,  links  and  images.  Email  management  includes  checking  of  incoming  emails  and  writing  draft  replies.  Check  LinkedIn  messages  and  create  draft  responses.  Add  leads  to  Hubspot  CRM  and  track  progress  including  follow-ups.  2. Amazon Product Researcher - search products on different suppliers that match with specific criteria and upload it to Amazon seller central. 3. Copy data from one spreadsheet to another. Product/Image resizing using Photoshop.4. Listing on Ebay using AutoDS and Zik Analytics 5. Product listing using E-com Solutions. List products using 'individual product wizard' or 'category page sourcing'. 6. Product sourcing from Amazon (wholesale) and analyze profitability of products using tools such as Revseller, Jungle Scout, Keepa Graph and TWF Buybox Scope. Manage the Hubspot CRM, email processing, fill and send applications, find deals from approved accounts. 7.
