Hi. My name is Upgrade to see actual info, pronounced like the word journal and it's been a wild ride to get to where I am today. My journey with writing began at the young age of seventeen, and although I didn't realize the incredible opportunities it could bring, I always found myself coming back to it. I tried my hand at a variety of jobs and met different people, including in bank telesales, customer service, real estate, and insurance sales, but did not find success in any of these roles. Eventually, I landed a job as a debt collections agent, which led to a promotion to PR Specialist/Content Writer in the same company. This position opened up opportunities for me to work as a copywriter again for local and international brands, as I met and worked with social media and SEO strategists along the way.

It was then that I realized this was where I truly belong and I am now embracing this career path and taking chances to succeed. I am excited to see where my hard work and determination will take me.
