Profile Description

• Provides Administrative support to the business owner
• Create electronic file and track variety of business documents.
• Design, layout and create direct mail campaigns and Marketing materials like postcards, flyers, print out letters and labels to be emailed to client’s existing customers and expired listings.
• Manage Social Media and blog accounts of client, update and schedule posts for consistent and up-to-date events and information regarding the communities being served by client.
• Post listings, garage sales, open houses and other related real estate ads to Craigslist, Zaglist and other ad sites.
• Set up documents for signature on Docusign.
• Provide customer service through live chat, email correspondence
• Contacts database management• Working knowledge with e-Edge database, Top Producer 8i, Infusionsoft, various MLS.
• MLS Entry and knowledge navigating MLS (Trend, MRED, Tempo Sandicor, etc)
• Prepares Forms and Contracts for e-signature
• Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube)
• Blog posting and management
• Basic Photo editing or graphics design through Adobe Photoshop
• Basic Video Editing through Animoto and Windows live movie maker
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Publisher
• Working knowledge in Top Producer and Market Leader database
• MLS Listings Management (Point2, Trulia, Zillow, Upgrade to see actual info, Point2, Upgrade to see actual info etc.)
• Audio transcription, research, data-entry and other admin tasks..
