I am an experienced area sales manager seeking a full-time or part-time position where I can apply my knowledge and skills for continuous improvement.

Accomplished expertise in team management, team building, marketing,
target sales monitoring, reviewing and assessing reports, product
knowledge training, and sales and project presentation as a Division
Manager in a real estate firm.

I have also accomplished expertise in sales as a Property Consultant of
Filinvest Land Inc. I closed multiple big accounts in one quarter and
received corporate achievements.

With my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I have received excellent performance evaluations from my Managers and have been formally recognized by them for my contribution to my Department’s success.

I have also worked part-time as a Business Marketing Consultant for a few months, a Real Estate Listing Coordinator for 4 months, an Advertiser and Marketer, and a Property Management Virtual Assistant specifically administrative work for 2 years.

I'm accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help a company grow and surpass all goals and objectives. I demonstrated impeccable patience, care, and support while serving those with special needs.
