Profile Description

I answer their inquiries and educate my clients in regards
with business funding approval. I also prequalify them based on their line of
business and other information that can help move their file forward to the
underwriters for business funding approval.
 
I always make sure to build strong customer relationships
based on their trust and approach to ensure I am able to provide them 11-star
of experience.
 
On the top of that, I have also undergone training to be
one of the Subject Matter Expert to assist new hires within their transition.
 
I do have basic knowledge of the different Microsoft Office,
Google Suites, Inbox, and Calendar management, and I also know how to make
posters via Canva application.
