Designs, creates, and produces visual concepts for presentations and printed materials. Collaborates with customers, product specialists, or communications staff to understand instructions and specifications and to organize the project accordingly.

Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including logos, banners, marketing collateral, and more. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and develop design solutions that meet client objectives. Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve your skills and creativity. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.

oordinate with the editor and the team members to identify photography needs Assign projects to photographers and keep track of the deadlines Review photos, edit and make necessary changes Decide which images to publish Ensure all assignments are shot and edited on time for publication Manipulate photos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools Ensure all photo equipment is used properly and order supplies as needed Liaise with editors, photographers and advertising reps and advise on future projects Stay up to date with new image editing technologies

Develop and execute cross-platform digital marketing content, including but not limited to eCommerce assets such as website and promotional banners, category landing page content, social media, and paid advertising graphics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, incorporating them into design concepts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Understand and utilize web analytics to inform design concepts to deliver best user experience and interface. Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in popular content management systems and a track record of translating insights into impactful, consumer-facing communications are expected.

Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work. Rendering and presenting design mockups for revision and feedback. Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing. Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
