I am a licensed Civil Engineer who already has an experience in Bidding Process which includes Estimates and Preparation of quotations, Pre construction Activities or Planning and Scheduling, Construction Management which mainly focuses on Requisition of Materials, Site Supervision and Quality Control, and lastly, Post Construction Activities which includes punchlisting and Turn-Over of projects. I handled multiple projects like Residential Houses (Ground-up construction), Commercial Spaces (Fit-Out Works), Renovation, Land Development and Steel Structures. I am also knowlegeable on some softwares such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Sketch Up, V-Ray and Microsoft Office's Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I am a critical-thinker and a problem solver.
