I have 6 years experience in Phone Calling. I've been working for 5 years in Outbound Telemarketing Industry and 2 Years as a Customer Service Representative. I have a GOOD EXPOSURE as well in Data Entry & Internet or Web Research Job for almost 2 years.
OUTBOUND CAMPAIGN: Telemarketer / Appointment Setter
*Setting appointments to prospective customers to go in the Exclusive SPA Center to try the free spa treatments (cold calling, persuading customers to go for it).
*Convinced & Persuade prospective customers to sign-up in V.I.P. Plus program to avail the benefits
*Calling Business Owners/Managers/Decision Makers and set appointment about the services we catered (Dept Collecting/Accounts Receivable Management Company) for 6 months.
*Real Estate Campaign for 3 months- up to Present
INBOUND ACCOUNT: Customer Service Representative
*Creating an account for a new or prospect customers
* Processing Customer's orders over the phone (gadgets,apparel & clothings, shoes,etc.)
* Processing the payments using their Credit & Debit Cards they provided into our system
* Keep customer's account to be updated always, when they made changes on their Billing & Shipping address, emails, and even phone numbers.
* Assisting Customers on how to avail the promotions when they place an order online
* Assisting Customer's inquiries about: order status, checking the availability of the item/s, features of those Gadget items, quality of the products, etc.
* Assisting and Escalating Customer's complaints like: receiving incorrect (items, sizes,and colors), receiving damage & shortage items, shipping & handling issues, etc.
*Responding Customer's emails with different concerns
*Doing some up-selling with them by suggesting other products, if they're item/s are on back ordered or sold out
