I am a customer service representative/technical support/sales, I do help customers fix internet and phone connection, I do sales as well. I schedule techincian appointments whenever it is needed. I am very flexible and hardworking. I worked as a customer service associate at Sykes Asia Cebu answering general inquiries all about customers' auto loan accounts. These experiences are my strengths because it made me more capable to do more and achieve more.
