I’ve worked in the Customer Service environment all my professional life. I started in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry and worked there for over 12 years (Aug 2004 – June 2017).
I was a Technical Support Representative for Dell and Belkin devices and then moved to a Team Manager role. Eight months into the role, I was transferred to a Customer Service account, supporting SXM Satellite Radio. And then I’ve worked home-based and online at B Virtual Inc. as a Certified Online Proctor for over a year (July 2017 – Sept 2018). The company was acquired by Examity and so they had to let us go.
I’ve freelanced as an Online Tutor, Print on Demand (POD) graphic designer and as a Virtual Assistant.
I consider myself technical. I have Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. But I have to admit that I am not a programmer and I do not code.
I am a creative writer of flash fiction and short stories.
