Profile Description

I started working during the time of pagers, around the year 1994. I've been taking calls for customers who wanted to send their messages. My typing speed is around 30-35 wpm. I also do relay, by voice, messages when customers wanted to know their day messages at night.
Since then, my experiences revolved in the telecom industry like landlines and mobiles phone service by phones. I do customer service support. Providing service information to troubleshooting of devices like mobile phones during the age of non- smart phones like GSM and CDMA in the Upgrade to see actual infoom the era to Smart phones, I was trained by Smart Communications in the Philippines and that's where my troubleshooting experience started when it comes to Smart phones.
I, then engaged from Customer Service to Technical Support where I once joined Verizon to support their campaigns for "from the box". I helped customer set up their desktop and help set up their settings and email through Outlook.
Currently, I'm supporting YouTube paid subscriptions. We provide customer service support, from billing, cancellation to troubleshooting of the devices where the app is Upgrade to see actual infovices ranges from computers (desktop/ laptop like Windows or Macs), consoles, Smart TVs and Smart mobiles devices like phones and tablets (Android/ iPhones/ iPad). I do support 3 channels where customer can reach out for support. These are chat, email and phones.
