I have 4 years experience as a Quality Specialist for a clinical research and pharma client handling financial review. This includes checking of computation and reimbursements of speaker/doctors in the US, data management tasks such as adding and verifying professional attendees through linkedin and organizing pharmaceutical events in the US. Prior to that, I have worked as a technical support professional for call center companies for 4 years. I am highly skilled in terms of Financial Reviewing, Data Entry, troubleshooting Software/Hardware issues, Transcribing audios and process improvement/implementation. Some of the tools I know are: Microsoft Office Tools, Google Apps, Adobe, Canva, Wix, Social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram. Off work, I am a nature lover, a movie addict and a person who loves to spend time with her family. I am aiming to become a full time home based professional where I can work independently at the same time, have quality time with my loved ones.
