Technical Skills: MS Office, Video Editing, Adobe Photoshop (Layouting)
I am knowledgeable enough for the skills needed in MS Office such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Publisher. I am used to be the ‘one call away’ of my former instructors in high school for those that haven’t met the skills and confidence needed in using these tools to accomplish their tasks as an instructor. I have finished tasks on-time and can adjust on the given timeframe. I can work under pressure with the assurance of quality service. I always loved to sit in front of a computer/laptop doing jobs that shows what data entry clerks do just like encoding information of a batch of students in a specific section and deal with their grades on an excel as it may be a little bit difficult to others because you are dealing with numbers. Focus is much needed for this one as we enter important information from time to time.
I also worked on a printing shop where I hone my skills in encoding, printing, designing, tarpaulin layouts and the like, doing photocopies and many more. I can type 60wpm. On this work, I also developed myself to become a freelance video editor and designer for a few clients that luckily, I met their satisfaction.
I can also do event planning, book appointments because I am also a part-time receptionist on a beach resort where I answer calls and inquiries thru phone or online. Booking rentals and appointments in an organized manner for the sake of the fair distribution of booking dates and not to cause confusions for clients. Confirmations done by e-mails, texts, calls and messages thru social media platforms.
Therefore, these experiences and skills I had for the past 6 years (since high schools) are proof enough that I can provide quality service for my future clients.
