Being a TC has made me very accurate, detail oriented, excellent at multi tasking and great at time management. I also worked as a customer care assistant for an insurance company where I quoted the members health benefits. I handled health care providers like doctors, chiropractors and nurses from the United States. This has made me very comfortable speaking to other nationalities with different accents. I also have experience in outbound sales, lead generation and appointment setting. I also did some freelance work, some tasks involved were general transcription, data entry, chat and email support. I'm proficient at Microsoft Office (word,excel & power point) and Google apps (gmail, drive, calendar, docs & sheets) I'm a fast learner and motivated. I'm eager to apply the things I've learned and will learn in any way possible to complete the task at hand.
