Profile Description

I bring with me 14 years of experience in a social development work with Mahintana Foundation, Inc. a non-profit organization based in Polomolok, South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines.
I developed presentation, facilitation, networking, partnership building and coordination documentation and technical writing skills when I handled 2 health and nutrition project, dubbed as "Support to Polomolok Task Force Kalusugan " and "Kapit-Bisig para sa Kabataan (KBPK)", in 11 municipalities and 1 city in South Cotabato.
Then, I was assigned as Project Coordinator at the same time, Training Officer, handling a USAID Health projects, where my, strategic planning, delegation, time management, administration and multi-tasking skills, were harnessed, handling two functions with the organization, and the existing 2 projects at the same Upgrade to see actual info 2016, I was promoted as Project Manager, managing a Social Enterprise (SE) dubbed as HEALTH Plus, a self-sustaining pharmaceutical distribution and complementary hospital-based pharmacies that provides drugs, medicines and supplies to patients in government hospitals. That experience was able to develop my skills in business planning, managing a pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain management, trouble shooting, policy formulation and development, and leading almost 50 management staff and pharmacist, pharmacy assistant and billing Upgrade to see actual info 2021, I was again advanced as Program Manager, handling 2 SE project, one a Nutripan project that provides nutrient-fortified breads for undernourished children in SOCSKSARGEN.
