Profile Description

• Received and verified specimens sent from internal and external locations for accuracy and logging appropriately;
• Handled all administrative files and record monitoring of the Laboratory;
• Double-checked the requisitions and other forms, paper or electronic, to ensure accuracy;
• Assist in the basic encoding of requisition and other forms as well as retrieving results from the web portals;
• In charge of the web system and database;
• In charge of customer service functions such as: handling phone calls, faxes, emails, responding to client inquiries and requests;
• In charge of daily reporting to DOH such as CDRS (Covid Document Repository System), Testing output aggregates and backlogs, Positive ROF/FN line list uploading, DOH one health pass, Monthly Laboratory Inventory, etc. 
Inspected marketing and promotional material before publishing,
ensuring the product stayed within the brief.
Assisted marketing teams to create effective and compelling marketing
material such as newsletters, slogans, adverts, and promotions.    
Monitored project costs on Synergy, ensuring tasks and
expenditures stayed within budget.   
Implemented seasonal and special discounts, driving customer
engagement through promotions.  
In charge of setting up meeting rooms and data information in printed
form for weekly execution and operation reports, monitoring monthly sales reports,
and near-expiry products.
