Profile Description

I previously worked as a Credit and Collection Specialist for months. I handled the corporate accounts wherein I make daily reports regarding the current status of the company's outstanding receivables. I frequently used Gsheet and Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot table in updating or creating our ledgers. I also email and call clients regarding the payment status of their outstanding debts.
I also worked as a Job Order Worker for more than a year at a government bank. Majority of my works there were Admin works and a little bit of banking. I ensure that the clients' information were within the standard provided by the Central Bank. I encode data and scan documents. I also monitor and make reports in case there were sudden changes or updates on the client's information. I also answer inquiries and complaints of clients over the phone.
I had a little bit of experience in freelancing as a transcriber at QA world. The gap between my employment was because I took the risk of being self employed and did trading.
