Creates daily report of the project logs and day to day events.
In charge of the designers Upgrade to see actual infoanges schedule every now and then to meet the client’s demands.
Coordinates with the San Diego office (HQ) for project status, hours and invoicing.
Conducts performance appraisal for Designers regularization and performance evaluation.
