Profile Description

In my previous role, I gained valuable experience as a Performance Analyst in a call center. I have excellent English communication skills and a strong proficiency in MS Office. I am highly committed to my work and consistently meet deadlines. As part of the quality team, I ensure that every task assigned to me is completed to perfection.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to work as an Accounting Manager in an Ice Plant, where I assisted in reviewing and improving their accounting system.
I also have experience as a virtual assistant for a printing press based in Washington DC. My responsibilities included managing listings in Shopify, Quickbooks, and their website, as well as handling invoices for customers. I worked with them from October 2017 to April 2018.
Furthermore, I served as an Administrative Head in a law firm, working with two lawyers and overseeing two administrative assistants. My main tasks involve timely submission of pleadings, drafting legal documents such as demand letters and affidavits, and managing office finances.
Presently, I am employed as a virtual assistant for an Australian company. My responsibilities include email management, calendar coordination, Xero account reconciliation, and providing regular updates to clients.
