Hi, I am assigned as an admin assistant in on the first three years of my stay in our office. I got promoted as the Purchasing Officer, who is in charge of all the purchases in our office that incudes dealing with the vendors accreditation, request for check payments to finance team, negotiation of price quotations to vendors, and others. I am also assigned to manage some of the office admin tasks like releasing of office supplies, shipment, pantry management and any additional task that was assigned to me by my Manager.
