I have been a Global Recruiter since 2008 and a Recruiter Virtual Assitant since 2014.I have extensive experience in Full Cycle Recruitment from Sourcing to Job offer and candidate onboarding. Other skills that I have are candidate management and scheduling, Recruitment Reporting Analysis, Job Ad Management, Recruitment CRMs, Target Selection Interviewing, Behavioral Interviewing, Mass Volume Hiring, LinkedIn Management, and other administrative tasks. My experience included working for BPO, IT companies, Banking and Finance, Outsourcing, Healthcare, and Recruitment Firms in the Philippines, Australia and USA.Recently I have worked as a Team lead for the Philippine group of the Global Corporate Recruitment Department for a leading AI company. Prior to that I was the lead and consultant of recruitment and HR concerns for home-healthcare companies in Georgia, USA. Previously I worked for a leading global solar company handling full-cycle recruitment for their Product Development Department. I also worked virtually as a direct hire in an IT Recruitment Firm in San Francisco handling multiple Silicon Valley clients for Candidate and Recruitment Scheduling and Coordination. Prior to this, I developed and created the recruitment process and team for a Real Estate Group of Company in Washington, USA. I managed a group of 8 recruiters and personally picked and trained them. On top of supervising tasks, I also conducted interviews for Account Executives in the US.I am experienced in different online platforms in sourcing and management such as Linkedin, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Greenhouse, Seek, Zoho, Monster, Jobstreet, Indeed, Authentic Jobs, Crunchboard, Stackoverflow, Behance, and other in-house online platforms.I have a bachelor's Degree in Psychology and I am in my final semester for a Master's Degree in Psychology.I am looking forward to working in a long-term and stable position for any company that is looking for an efficient and effective addition to its team.
