Profile Description

Develop processes, programs and systems for gathering, archiving and reporting Institutional Data to the different stakeholders of the College, in cooperation with different units.
Generate necessary reports for the President and the President’s Council to support their decision- making based on the available Institutional reports, policies and manuals.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as specified by immediate supervisors.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Actively coordinate with the internal Subject Matter Experts to gather inputs and constantly update the database/proposal baseline library of standard responses based on confirmed inputs. Review and edit proposals for completeness and compliance following proposal writing and formatting standards. Manage strong working relationships with the Proposal Manager and company SMEs to ensure input is accurate, persuasive and timely.
