Profile Description

I have more than one year of experience in SEO content writing with Thumbtack Company. During my job as a writer with my previous employer,
I have adequately demonstrated an ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets or goals.
I have also received recognition and certifications from the senior management, on several occasions.
Prior to being an SEO content writer, I worked as a Telemarketer/ Customer Service Representative, Supervisor, and Communications and Product trainer in Sykes Asia, Convergys Inc., and Wipro for almost 7 years. I also got the chance to be recognized as one of the top agents on several occasions.
I also became a virtual assistant where I managed my clients'
social media accounts which include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, as well as Gmail and Yahoo email, for quite some time. One of my duties and responsibilities was geared towards dialing leads
where I helped my clients present business proposals.
All throughout the experiences that I gained from my previous employers, I can confidently say that my knowledge and skills as a versatile professional was competently harnessed. This includes the ability to correctly identify and understand clients’ business goals, develop customized strategies and plans that allow meeting them quickly and efficiently.
