I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years as a customer service representative, administrative officer, team leader, social media specialist, and with 2 years of solid experience as a project manager and consultant in public service to build a contact center utilized as an emergency information gateway that will address the individual concerns of people. Patterned after the privately operated business product outsourcing (BPO) model, the call center we have assisted had dedicated teams of call center agents, headed by team leaders under one operations manager. My goal is to provide the best employer-contractor relationship possible by providing excellent service, 24/7 communication, on-time submissions, and high-quality output.
