With four years of experience, I worked in well known BPO companies here in the Philippines such as Concentrix and Everise. Both company’s i have worked with appointed me to work in e-commerce account. Because I have a potential skills to engage with their clients and besides that I’ve been enjoying working in e-commerce businesses.
I have worked in Macys and Amazon as a customer service. Both these companies have trained us to understand customer, always put your shoes on your customer, Assist them with empathy and to resolve and take ownership to every concerns we receive.
