I have 3 years of experience as a customer service representative as well as a technical support representative, over the years I have developed the skills of resolving customer issues and discovering their needs as well.  As a customer service representative, my job is to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues with my customers' experience. I also have more than a year of experience as a sales representative, handling products, discovering my customer's needs, and providing customer satisfaction.
