- downloads and organize CSV/Excel banking transactions ready for import to accounting software
- use Studio Designer software for interior designers in looking up purchase orders, posting imports, invoicing, creating sales tax reports, posting payrolls, and many more
- used Sage accounting software ( South Africa & Australia) in processing customer invoices, importing and allocating bank transactions, processing journal entries, bank reconciliation
***Real Estate/Virtual Administrative Services
- expert in data entry, web research, Word/Excel, Powerpoint, G-suites, WordPress data entry/blog posting/scheduling
- real estate tasks like skip tracing, finding properties to purchase, adding buyers list from the carrot site to Podio CRM
***Social Media Management
- manages real estate business pages on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info
- manages health insurance page on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- creates content for posting, scheduling using Hootsuite, and designing using Canva

What I normally do is I regularly spend time helping people learn about the Bible and God’s Kingdom. I'm also a Filipino Sign Language volunteer Bible Upgrade to see actual infoing my time and personal resources gave me so much joy in helping others.
