I worked with Amazon as Customer Associate Representative (account change department), my duties there is to assist customer with their orders, track shipments, solve payment problems, make outbound calls, perform troubleshooting in resetting their password while maintaining positive impression.
I also worked with Assurant as Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, my role there is to take Inbound calls to assist customers with concerns about their devices,
appoint schedules for customers,
analyze and solve the problem of each variation, have empathy at all times for customers,
perform basic troubleshooting, track shipment,
and process payment.
