Profile Description

I worked as a customer support representative for almost 6 years in the BPO Upgrade to see actual info taught me how to be resilient in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt easily for any tasks given.
For the first 2  years, I was a technical support agent for internet, cable, and phone for one of the biggest service providers in the US. This experience has honed me to work diligently.
The next 4 years I worked with a publishing company for educational books, we help our customers with order processing, order status, and credit concerns. I also acquired knowledge with data entry, data management, AR, and administrative tasks. I mostly handle B2B customers in which enhanced my formal communication prowess through email.
