Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for over 3 years. I started my first job as a customer service representative for a company in Davao City, Philippines, back in November 2018. After 4 months of working in that company, I dUpgrade to see actual info to resign and look for a more challenging position so that I could improve my skills and learn new things. So in March of 2019, I applied at another BPO company, where I became a sales representative for a telco account. I worked in that company for 2 years and 3 months. However, I had to resign because my partner was pregnant at the time, and I needed to look for a job where I could work from home since we were scared of the risk of working at the office while COVID-19 was still going. So in June 2021, I applied for another job, and that time, it was a non-voice account that I worked for. I worked for that company from June of 2021 until July of 2022. I needed to resign and look for another job where I could earn more and at the same time improve my skills. With my relevant experience and skills, I am hoping that you will consider me as a potential employee for your company.
