Profile Description

My latest work experience was as a content writer and researcher for an Australia-based company for 2 Upgrade to see actual info involved writing web content, outreach articles, and social media postings (for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram). 

Prior to this, I have worked as a Production Specialist in a Canada-based book publishing company for 2 Upgrade to see actual info involved creating book titles; coordinating with the different teams assigned for the book covers, manuscript, and marketing materials; and communicating with the authors.  

I have also worked as a technical support and customer service representative in the BPO industry for 3 years.

I am a fast learner and very much open to new ideas and systems.
