Profile Description

Generates proposal for solar roof layout for residential homes in
north America with estimated production
Analyze and review Design guidelines in collaboration with the
team for process alignment and improvement.
Knowledge in standard operating procedures in Permit
Processing.
Knowledge in maintaining, monitoring and managing pipelines of
permit in salesforce.
Knowledge in organizing, verifying and uploading submittals for
permits done digitally and virtually.
Effectively perform onboarding training to newly hired Pre-Sales
Design Engineers, and upskilling training to incumbent Pre-Sales
Design Engineers, set the team up for operational success.
Manage the Design Team’s training scorecard on every training
facilitated
Update the Training Materials in the Document Management
System on a timely manner, based on latest process changes
Keep the Team’s Knowledge Base up to date
Work with the management team to provide coaching
opportunities to the Design Team
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Focus Group Discussions as
necessary
Comply with company policies and job expectations
Expertise in Aurora Solar
Expertise in Interconnection application
SCE, SDGE, National Grid, Eversource and UNITIL.
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in drafting software such as SolidWorks
