Profile Description

As a skilled Virtual Assistant and Photo Retoucher, I provide short-term assistance to clients by reviewing their websites and products. I am proficient in utilizing SOPs and Wiki Files to effectively assist clients and familiarize myself with their brand tone. I spearheaded the creation of Wiki Files for all clients and assist with building SOPs and Wiki Files. Additionally, I support new agents through one-on-one training and suggest new training materials.

With my strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in photo editing and graphic design, I am able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. I have experience enhancing photographs using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. I am also skilled in re-drawing and editing accurate floor plans using Illustrator. With a basic understanding of graphic design principles, I am able to create simple designs using Adobe Illustrator.
