Profile Description

I have 2 years of experience working on a BPO ( Business Processing Outsourcing ) Company and I believe I will
be perfectly fit for the position. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing at
the Polytechnic University of the Philippines last 2011. The previous job that I had is at Teletech my position there
is a customer service representative for an Australian Telecommunications Account. My extensive experience in the customer service industry has taught me the value
of providing positive, individualized service to all customers.
I have excellent English communication skills, I enjoy typing and researching websites. I also have excellent
knowledge in managing extracted data in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Spreadsheet, Google
Document and other related applications.
I can offer you with all my effort and capabilities.
I take direction well and can complete a heavy workload
and complete projects under minimal supervision.
